About the Job
Are you ready for your closeup? I am looking for an actor/actress to appear in test footage this weekend for a short film concept that I am developing. You'll act as a character for a few shots that I plan to try with new equipment because I need gain experience with the gear. Your involvement will include repeating several takes including lines, movement, and gestures. Improvisation will be allowed. I'll also be taking still frames for reference. My goal here is experimentation and practice. I will grant you the right to use any of the still images or video we take however you choose as compensation for your time. So, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to add new content to their portfolio and gain experience in front of the camera. I hope we can form a good working relationship and collaborate on more ambitious projects. You must be comfortable signing and emailing a model release form. Concept: A person waits in a coffee shop while reflecting on their connection with the arriving guest.
